Gülşen Gülümcan – Designer & Project Solution Partner

With 26 years of industry experience, I develop projects in furniture and interior design that combine aesthetics with practicality and buildability.

I spent 14 years of my career within the Eczacıbaşı Group, working with İntema Kitchen and VitrA brands, where I gained strong expertise in kitchen and bathroom furniture design.

At Isvea, I took on roles in product management and bathroom furniture design. One of the designs I developed during this period was awarded an international design award, further strengthening my design approach on a global scale.

Later, I worked as a Project Manager at Soprano Kitchen and Bodrum Mutfak, managing design, production, and implementation processes for residential and hospitality projects of various scales with a holistic approach.

Throughout my projects, I collaborate with leading corporate companies in the industry, aiming to achieve the most accurate results and high-quality outcomes.

Today, as a consultant and solution partner, I ensure the correct management of furniture, renovation, and implementation processes in both residential and corporate projects. I don't just design projects — I guide them from concept to completion, ensuring they are realized correctly.

My goal is to create value not only by designing projects, but by managing the entire process and delivering them as a reliable solution partner.

At certain stages of my career, I have also been actively involved in real estate and trade.
This hands-on experience has strengthened my ability to better understand client expectations, analyze investments, and evaluate projects not only from a design perspective, but also in terms of value creation.

Today, I integrate this experience into design and implementation processes to deliver more comprehensive and well-rounded solutions.
